Central to this transformation is the deployment of a 3D Digital Twin through an application called OPTICS (Overall Port Tactical Information Computer System). Launched approximately six months ago, OPTICS consolidates various data streams into a unified, real-time operational view. This integration enables port staff to collaborate more effectively and respond swiftly to incidents, such as security threats or emergencies involving damaged or disabled vessels.​

The port's innovative approach also incorporates Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), 3D game engine technology, and drone imagery. These tools provide mobile access to detailed, realistic visualizations of port assets, facilitating better communication and decision-making among personnel dispersed across the port's extensive 30,000-acre area.​
